These came about when I started a rough, thumbnail sketch to layout an idea I had for a piece of Pacific Rim fanart, that turned into a very detailed sketch of a tiny Cherno Alpha. That sketch was followed by companion sketches of Striker Eureka and Gipsy Danger. Each sketch is 2-3in high.
